Endodontic treatment or root canal treatment is carried out when the tooth is without vitality or with acute inflammation.

during a clinical view.

by an Endodontist. Endodontists are specialized dentists that have
had extra training in only doing root therapies, so have more expertise
than a general dentist. Endodontists are able to have a look at the
x-ray and obtain a good notion of the root canal’s condition. However,
there are some times when the roots may present an obstruction or have
very calcified (hidden) or curved canals making the procedure a little
more complicated.
Endodontic specialists are qualified with techniques and accessories
for the success of root treatments in a safer way; they also have a
deeper and broader view of the canals using an endodontic microscope.
With knowledge, equipment, and correct accessories, the endodontist
could apply the ideal treatment specific to each diagnosis and patient
taking into account the individual peculiarities of each tooth.
