A dental implant is a surgical component that is put in place to support a defect inside the mouth such as a missing tooth.

How do dental implants work?
Dental Implants are placed in the bone of the jaw and they bond together with your natural bone.
The implant fixture is placed first then after some time to allow it to bond with the bone and heal fully, a dental prosthetic is added such as a crown or a bridge.
